COMMISSION: STEP BY STEP
>> First, the client DM(s) artist to discuss their ideas. Artist then will state the price + start date>> On start day, a minimum down payment of 50% upfront should be made before client received the first draft for approval.>> First draft stage, you could suggest adjustments until we both agree on the final draft to move on to lineart stage. By this time, please finish the payment.>> Completion of payment required PRIOR to receiving final artwork. Client will receive the high quality final artwork via Gmail.In summary:Down payment of 50% upfront > Sketches approved > Completion of payment > Lineart > Render process > Final artworkNOTE: Any last possible change can only be accepted before rendering stage.WARNING: NO REFUNDS!! In case customer doesn't want to continue after the drafting stage, we will then cancel the commission. Lineart of the draft could be finished.PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN PAYMENTS BEFORE I STARTED TO WORK ON YOUR COMMISSION.Commission deadlines would be 3 weeks from start date, artist will inform client if there is any change in schedule, please don't rush the art process by all means.

Below is the statement of terms and conditions that must be agreed upon the action of a commission request.> The artist can deny any art request that they may personally find it's beyond their expertise or personally fell uncomfortable.> Price may vary depending on the complexity of the commission. All prices are already covered a small transaction fee of payment through Paypal.> Highly recommend client to provide both sufficient and preferable references for the commission.> Both artist and client have the rights to post the commission artwork on their social platforms (both WIP and final versions). DO NOT sell or use the commission artwork(s) for any commercial purpose. A.I. TRAINING IS PROHIBITED!!> The artist will manage a start date to work on the commission and inform client about any commission that needed to be done before starting the work.> Please inform the artist in advance about client' financial conflict during commission and/or that for any circumstances in which the client couldn't commission the artist after discussion.> The artist will regularly provide updates (from draft to final) of the commission before finishing the final artwork> Revision. As the artist provide comm updates, and to prevent dissatisfaction, major last revision must happened at the Lineart/Flat color stage. After that stage, only colors revision can be accepted> ''Eh, I'm still have some question...?''
